Mounting the side retain arm
- Position the LEFT side retain arm (A) as illustrated.
- Fix the side retain arm with 4 bolts M10*45 (B) and 4
nuts M10 (C).
- Repeat above assembly to the RIGHT side retain arm.
- Make sure all nuts and bolts are tightened after
assembly.
Mounting the switch
- Mount the switch (KOA7) to the switch board, then fix
with 4 bolts (M4*60) and 4 nuts (M4).
4.3- Set up and preparation for operation
- Check that the machine is completely and correctly assembled according to local regulations.
- Make sure that no parts are missing. If one (or more) part(s) is (are) missing, DO NOT use the
splitter. Contact your local dealer to obtain the missing parts and make sure to correctly assemble
them before using the machine. Failure to do so may result in serious injury.
- Before using the machine, make sure each time that
- there are no faulty connections (tears, cuts, etc.)
- there is no damage to the machine
- all screws are tightened
- check the hydraulic system for any possible leaks
- check the oil level (refer section 6.2), refill oil if necessary
- Ensure that the working area meets the following conditions:
- flat levelled surface and strong enough to support the weight of the machine.
- no danger of slipping
- free of obstacles
- sufficient lighting
- Do not operate the machine in the direct vicinity of gas or petrol pipes or containers, or any other
easily inflammable or explosive materials.
- Proceed to following functional test prior to each use:
Check oil level before each use!

Press both handles down
Release one handle while splitting or lift
return bracket
Release both handles simultaneously
4.4- Electrical requirements
- The main power supply is 220-240V ~50Hz.
- The mains connection should be fused for a maximum of 16A.
Result
The splitting knife (wedge) goes down to
approx. 10cm above the table.
The splitting knife (wedge) remains in
selected position.
The splitting knife (wedge) runs back to
upper position.
