- Troubleshooting -
Corrective measures
- The rechargeable standard batteries
are empty or defective. Replace the
rechargeable standard batteries.
- Place the handset correctly in the
base station, clean the contact surfa-
ces on the handset and the base sta-
tion with a soft, dry cloth.
- Caused by direct sunlight, allow hand-
set to cool down.
- The caller number display function is
an optional service offered by tele-
phone network providers. The caller
number appears in the display if the
service is offered by your telephone
network provider. Contact your net-
work provider for further information.
- The caller has suppressed the trans-
mission of their phone number.
- The answering machine memory is full
Delete messages from the memory.
- Ensure that the answering machine is
connected correctly and switched on.
- Check whether the answering ma-
chine memory is full. Delete messages
from the memory, if necessary.
- Check that the correct security code
has been entered for remote access.
- The telephone used for remote access
must be set to tone dialling (DTMF).
