The 1555 RCSS-3 Drainer is equipped with an additional temperature controller which is situated underneath the device. It is used to control the maximum temperature of a hotplate. The thermostat is factory calibrated and its settings should not be changed. Change of this setting will impact the time of heating of a product. -
