Install the cylinder to cylinder mounting base 6

with screws 8.
At this time, assemble presser lifting lever 9 so
that it fits in the forked portion of cylinder knuckle
1.
(3) Adjusting the presser lifting unit
Adjust the position of cylinder knuckle 1.
1)
Adjust the position so that there is a play in the
lower direction of the presser lifting lever when
theair cylinder shrinks and the lift amount of
presser foot is secured when the air cylinder
stretches.
2) When the position is determined, fix cylinder
knuckle 1 with lock nut 4.
3) When it is not possible to adjust the unit by means
of the position of cylinder knuckle 1only, loosen
screw 7 and move presser lifting cylinder mount-
ing base 6 within the range of the slot to adjust
the unit.
