commented on. Supplement your own yogurt with fresh and candied fruit or
nuts instead of artificial coloring agents and fillers. A healthy and delicious
breakfast is at your disposal
Directions:
1. Pour milk into the pot and activate the "Yogurt" program.
2. Let the milk warm up to become warm. The warming up time depends on
the amount of milk and its initial temperature. The heating temperature
in the "Yogurt" program does not exceed 40°C; therefore the milk will
not be overheated in any case.
3. Add yogurt starter and other ingredients according to the recipe and stir.
4. Carefully remove the pot from the Multi Cooker and pour the content
into small glass or plastic containers. If you use containers of different
volume, the level of ingredients must be the same in all of them.
5. Wash the pot, wipe dry and place back in the Multi Cooker.
6. Place containers with yogurt in the pot and cover them with lids or food
wrap. You can place a fabric cloth on the bottom of the pot to prevent the
coating from being damaged.
7. Pour warm water into the pot in accordance with the level of ingredients.
This will make sure that yogurt is warmed more evenly.
8. Close the lid. The display will show the remaining time. Making yogurt
generally takes from 6 to 7 hours, but if the cooking time in the recipe is
different, you can cancel the program and reactivate it after having set
the right time.
Children's Menu
Food for children has to meet special requirements, ranging from the con-
tent to the temperature. Therefore, the Chef Two Multi Cooker has a special
program "Children's Menu". It allows you to warm up food for children to
temperature levels depending on the age: up to 36 °C for infants, up to 45-
50 °C for toddlers of up to three years old, and up to 60 °C for older children.
You can also pour water into the pot to warm up baby food jars.

Self-Cleaning

The Chef Two Multi Cooker not only cooks virtually itself, but it can also
clean itself.
Pour boiling water into the inner pot of the Multi Cooker to the "2" mark and
activate the program. The water will boil producing a lot of steam which will
help easily remove dried food particles. To get rid of stubborn odors, add a
few slices of lemon. When the program cycle is complete, carefully remove
the pot and drain. Once the pot has cooled down, clean it and the removable
lid using a soft sponge and neutral detergent, and wipe dry.
Warm Up
Use the Warm Up program to warm up your dish. The Chef Two will not only
warm up your dish, but will also keep the temperature at 70 °C for 1 hour, in
case you get distracted.
Keep Warm (Auto)
To keep the cooked dish warm, the Chef Two will automatically switch to
the Keep Warm function. The display will show the "Warm Up" status and
a direct countdown timer. Maximum duration of the Keep Warm function
is 6 hours.
NOTE: The function is not activated after the "Chef", "Yogurt" and
"Children's Menu" programs
Precautions and recommendations
1. Do not forget to switch off the Multi Cooker manually, unless you want
to keep the dish warm for a long period of time.
2. Stir the dish after the cooking is complete.
3. Do not leave the stirring shovel in the pot during the warming up.
