the Multi Cooker will beep periodically to remind you to do so.

beep and the display will show the time, but the buttons will be locked.
To unlock the control panel, run your hand along the Touch Line following
the indication, from left to right. You will hear a beep, the panel buttons
will become active and the display will show the time and the list of cooking
programs.
Clock
To set the current time, press and hold the "Start" button. The digits will
flash 3 times. The time is to be set in two steps: first the hour and then the
minute. Run your hand along the Touch Line from left to right to increase the
number or from right to left to reduce it. To make the digits change faster,
stop your hand when running along the line and hold your finger at one place
for 1 to 2 seconds. After the hour has been set, wait for a short while until
the minutes start to flash and then set the desired value. To confirm the
settings, press and hold the "Start" button until a confirmation beep sounds
and the digits on the display stop flashing. If you fail to confirm the settings,
the Multi Cooker will automatically return from the clock setting mode in
10 seconds and the display will show the set time. To cancel time settings,
press "Cancel".
