Perspiration:
Precaution: If liner use results in excessive perspiration such that stability
or suspension are compromised, it is recommended to remove the liner
and dry off both the liner and the residual limb.
Cleaning: It is essential to take proper care of the liner and wash it daily
following use. The liner can be used immediately after cleaning and
drying.
• Remove the liner, turn inside out (Fig. 5).
• Wash with pH balanced, 100% fragrance- and dye-free liquid soap.
• The liner can also be machine washed (40°C/warm) with a mild
detergent. Fabric softeners, bleaches, and other products/cleaning
solutions may result in liner damage and should NOT be used.
• After washing, rinse the product thoroughly with hot water (Fig. 11),
and pat dry on both sides with a lint-free cloth.
NOTE: Always return the liner to its neutral state (with the textile cover
facing out) immediately after cleaning. Do not store inside-out as liner
damage may result.

Precautions:
• The liner should always be checked for wear and damage. Users are
advised to contact their practitioner immediately if any damage is
evident, as it may compromise liner effectiveness.
• Users should monitor skin health daily. In case of abnormal
symptoms, the user is advised to discontinue use of the product and
contact their practitioner immediately.
• Both the practitioner and user must ensure the liner is NOT exposed
to glass, carbon fibers, or other foreign particles. Such substances
can become embedded in the liner material causing skin irritation.
Washing alone may not be sufficient to eliminate the problem. The
liner should be returned to the practitioner if it is inadvertently
exposed to foreign substances or chemicals.
• User should be aware that other common household or bath
products may cause or contribute to skin irritation, e.g. soaps,
deodorants, perfumes, abrasive cleaners, aerosol- or alcohol-sprays.
DISPOSAL
All components of the product and packaging should be disposed of in
accordance with respective national environmental regulations. Users
should contact their local governmental office for information on how
these items can be disposed of in an environmentally sound manner.
WARRANTY
Össur offers a 6 month limited warranty on the liner from invoice date.
