CINGHIE DI TRASMISSIONE

Regolazione della cinghia motore a scoppio
Per regolare la tensione cinghia procedere nel seguente modo:
•
Allentare i quattro dadi 1.
•
Allentare il controdado 2.
•
Avvitare la vite 3 per regolare la tensione della cinghia 4.
•
Stringere il controdado 2.
•
5) stringere i quattro dadi 1.
Sostituzione della cinghia motore a scoppio
Per sostituire la cinghia procedere nel seguente modo:
•
Rimuovere le quattro viti 5.
•
Rimuovere la vite 6 e smontare la puleggia 7.
•
Smontare il motore con relativi particolari assemblati.
•
Sostituire la vecchia cinghia con quella nuova.
•
Rimontare la puleggia 7.
•
Rimontare il motore con componenti assemblati.
•
Stringere le viti 5 e 6.
•
Se necessario, regolare la tensione della cinghia ripetendo le
operazioni descritte in "Registrazione della cinghia motore a
scoppio".

Adjusting the belt of the engine
To adjust the belt tension, proceed as follows:
•
Slacken off four nuts 1.
•
Slacken off counter nut 2.
•
Adjust the tension of the belt 4, using screw 3.
•
Re-tighten counter nut 2.
•
Re-tighten four nuts 1.
Replacing the belt of the engine
To replace the belt proceed as follows:
•
Remove four screws 5.
•
Remove screw 6 and pulley 7.
•
Remove engine with its assembled components.
•
Replace old belt with a new one.
•
Re-install pulley 7.
•
Re-install engine with its assembled components;
•
Re-tighten screws 5 and 6.
•
If necessary, adjust the belt tension, repeat the operation de-
scribed in "Adjusting the belt of the engine".

Regolazione della cinghia motore elettrico
Per regolare la tensione cinghia procedere nel seguente modo:
•
Allentare le quattro viti 1.
•
Regolare la tensione della cinghia 4 agendo sul supporto 2.
•
Stringere le quattro viti 1.
Sostituzione della cinghia motore elettrico
Per sostituire la cinghia procedere nel seguente modo:
•
Smontare la batteria e la vaschetta porta batteria.
•
Rimuovere i quattro dadi 3.
•
Rimuovere la vite 5 e smontare la puleggia 6.
•
Smontare il motore con relativi particolari assemblati.
•
Sostituire la vecchia cinghia con quella nuova.
•
Rimontare la puleggia 6.
•
Rimontare il motore con componenti assemblati.
•
Stringere la vite 5 e i quattro dadi 3.
•
Rimontare la vaschetta porta batteria e la batteria.
•
Se necessario, regolare la tensione della cinghia ripetendo le
operazioni descritte in "Registrazione della cinghia motore elet-
trico".

Adjusting the belt of the electric motor
To adjust the belt tension, proceed as follows:
•
Slacken off four nuts 1.
•
Adjust the tension of the belt 4 by means the support 2.
•
Re-tighten four screws 1.
Replacing the belt of the electric motor
To replace the belt proceed as follows:
•
Remove battery and its support.
•
Remove four nuts 3.
•
Remove screw 5 and pulley 6.
•
Remove motor with its assembled components.
•
Replace old belt with a new one.
•
Re-install pulley 6.
•
Re-install motor with its assembled components.
•
Re-tighten screw 5 and four nuts 3.
•
Re-install battery support and battery.
•
If necessary, adjust the belt tension, repeat the operation de-
scribed in "Adjusting the belt of the electric motor".
