The image below shows how the Screed will arrive with you. The following instructions will help you assemble the sections
together.
Section 2
1. Loosen the 12 x Bolts on the mating end of both Section 1 and Section 2 (See Image 1)
2. Remove the 2 x Vibrating Pots from both mating ends by removing the 2 x Locking Nuts. Also remove 2 x Bracing Strips

3. Re-attach the 2 x Bracing Strips using the 3 holes that weren't previously used. The Bracing Strip should now be protruding over
the edge of the Screed Sections (See Image 3)
4. Insert the 12 x Bolts loosely, making sure that that longest Bolts are used in the middle hole of each set of 3 holes. Now re-
assembly the Vibrating Pot in the same place of the Screed Sections as previously attached. Tighten the 2 Locking Nuts to secure.

NOTE:- The 2 Longest Bolts (1/2" UNF) have a different thread to the rest of the Bolts (1/2" UNC).
