Changing Operating Mode
Use one of the following procedure to change the operating
mode of each shelf on a Heated Zone merchandiser. The three
available operating modes are auto mode, On mode, and Off
mode. If necessary, refer to "Theory of Operations" at the
beginning of the OPERaTION section for a description of each
mode.
Horizontal and Slanted Single Shelf Models
1. From the main screen, press the

NOTE: Inactivity for ten seconds at this level of programming
will cause the LCD controller to return to the Main
screen without making any changes.

Changing Between Fahrenheit and Celsius
Use the following procedure to change/toggle the unit of
measure between fahrenheit and celsius for the temperature
shown on the display.

and show the unit of measure that is now active:
