Ingredients
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
10 g butter
200 g minced beef
200 g cottage cheese
200 g cottage cheese
1 small tin of tomato purée (70 g)
Salt, pepper, paprika
100 g cannelloni
300 g frozen leaf spinach
1 tin tomatoes (240 g drained
weight)
1 carton of cream (200 ml)
100 g Parmesan cheese, grated

Cannelloni with spinach
Cooking time: approximately 35-40 minutes.
Preparation
Sautée the onions and garlic with butter at 1000 watts for approximately 2 minutes.
Add the minced beef, cottage cheese and tomato purée, mix and season with salt,
pepper and paprika pepper.
Fill the cannelloni with the mixture and place in a greased gratin dish. Heat the
spinach in a covered glass dish at 1000 watts for 8-10 minutes and layer between
the pasta. Add the tomatoes with their juice and the cream to the dish, season and
sprinkle with cheese.
Do not cover. Cook and brown using the combination method: 440 watts microwave
+ 200°C convection for 20-22 minutes.
