This mobile unit can be used to reprocess machine-reprocessable
medical devices, laboratory glassware and utensils in a Miele washer-
disinfector. Follow the operating instructions for your washer-disin-
fector as well as the instructions of the medical device or glassware
and utensil manufacturer on how to reprocess their items by machine.
The A 506 mobile unit can accommodate up to 12 DIN mesh trays or
can be loaded with a variety of mesh trays and inserts for repro-
cessing medical devices, laboratory glassware and utensils.
The mobile unit can be used in the following machines:
– PLW 8615
– PLW 8616
– PLW 8617
– PWD 8626
– PWD 8628
The washer-disinfector is generally referred to as "the machine" in
these operating instructions. Reprocessable medical devices, laborat-
ory glassware and utensils are referred to as "items" if they are not
more closely defined.
