Autopilot computer has lost contact
with active control unit.
Active control unit has lost contact with
autopilot computer.
Recommended action
• Was active controller switched off/put to sleep?
• Take command with a different controller/remote
• Check/repair CAN bus cable
• Replace the control unit
• Check the network diagnostics page on the display unit.
Should show few or no errors
• Check that the NMEA 2000 network is powered and termi-
nated according to guidelines
• Check that source selection is made and that the correct
autopilot computer is selected
• Check connectors and cables
• Check status LED on autopilot computer. Should blink
steadily, 1 sec intervals
• Replace autopilot computer
