7.4 Programming a Somfy RTS remote control lamp holder or socket

Note: The monitor can be disconnected from the power supply to carry out this operation.
[1]. Check that the remote control lamp holder/socket is powered on.
[2]. Select a free channel by pressing the channel selection button on the monitor.
[3]. Press the programming button on the remote control lamp holder/socket until the indicator light flashes. The programming function is activated for
2 minutes.
[4]. Use a fine-tipped object to briefly press the PROG button at the back of the monitor (next to the battery housing, no. 19, page 4).
The indicator light on the remote control lamp holder/socket will come on permanently, then go off.

Note: To clear the programming on the video entry phone on a Somfy remote control terminal or socket, repeat all the steps detailed above.

8.1 Responding to a visitor

When a visitor presses the call button
Press the microphone activation button
You can communicate with your visitor.
Note: You can communicate with your visitor for a maximum of 2 minutes.
If you press the microphone activation button

8.2 Opening the gate

With the monitor screen switched on or off, press the button
If the monitor screen is on, it will switch off when the gate opens.

8.3 Unlocking the electric door-opener/lock

With the monitor screen switched on or off, press the unlock button
If the monitor screen was on, it switches off when the electric door-opener/lock is unlocked.

8.4 Wirelessly controlling a Somfy RTS unit from the monitor

[1]. Selected the channel associated with the equipment that you want to control by pressing the channel selection button: the indicator light for the
selected channel will flash.
Press the channel selection button as many times as necessary until the indicator lights show the required
channel.
[2]. Control your equipment using the Open/On, STOP and Close/Off buttons on the monitor.
