Operation

Nozzle
Barrel Cap
Clean all parts thoroughly with warm soapy water before using the sausage stuffer. Dry thoroughly.

Preparing the Sausage Casing

Follow the manufacturers guidelines on the appropriate way to prepare the sausage casing ready for
stuffing if required.

Replacing the Pusher and Rack

It may be neccessary to replace the pusher and rack if it has been completely removed.
Ensure the teeth on the pusher rod are facing down.

Turn the handle clockwise and push the rod into the gear casing to engage the rack teeth.

Filling the Cylinder

Wind the pusher out of the cylinder.

Lift the cylinder away from the base, or pivot the cylinder so the open end faces upwards.
2.
Block the mouth of the cylinder and fill with sausage meat.
3.
Lower the cylinder back into position and wind the pusher into the opening of the cylinder.
4.
Note: This ensures the meat does not escape the cylinder while fitting the nozzle and
sausage casing.

Filling the Sausage Casing

Place a suitable receptacle in front of the appliance to collect the sausages as they are made.

Place the nozzle against the cylinder barrel and screw the barrel cap over the nozzle, securing it

Slide the casing over the nozzle, leaving approximately 2cm protruding over the end.
