2.10 AIR OUTLETS
The standard installation of the wood
fired thermal cooker considers that the
comburent air is taken from the room where
the thermal cooker is installed through the
air intake of the thermal cooker located in
the plinth. In this case, in the room must be
always ensured the recycle of fresh air, in
particular if the room is small and window
and door frames are hermetic. The correct
flow of air in the room must be ensured
also in presence of other combustion based
devices, aspiring hoods, chimneys and vent-
inflammable material or high temperatures
