Distribute the ice-cream without surpassing the machine's production rate as indicated in the table in Specifications section
and being careful to refill the machine with fresh product, you can be sure not to interrupt sales even at the busiest times.
Pasteurisation must be carried out once every 24hrs, otherwise, the machine must be cleaned. If pas-

teurisation is not correctly completed, the machine does not allow production mode. On finishing pas-
teurisation, the machine automatically changes to Standby mode.
BEFORE PASTEURISING:
Check that the low level alarm is not on,
if it is, pasteurisation cannot be done.

AUTOMATIC PASTEURISATION:
The machine is configured to carry out automatic pas-
teurisation at 2:00 am.
In the user menu we can change the hour that the ma-
chine carries out automatic Pasteurisation or cancel the
automatic mode.
For manual pasteurisation, push
