Connection of the High Vacuum Flange
Installation of ISO-K Flange
For ISO-K flange connections, fix the two flanges with the clamps model
IC63250DCMZ or equivalent, as shown in the following figure (a protective
screen can optionally be used).

Use the required number of claw clamps:

Tighten the claw clamps with a torque of 22 Nm.
