# Regularly check the technical safety and function
# Before you clean the device, pull the siren out of the mains socket and
remove the batteries.
# Use a soft, dry or slightly moist cloth or a dry brush for cleaning the
surfaces.

19. Enrolling further components to the siren
Use ear protection
! Shortly press the button [2] on the siren. The siren beeps. After 3
seconds, the siren beeps and the LED flashes for approx. 30 seconds to
indicate the enrolment mode. Within these 30 seconds you can enroll
one of the following components:
# Remote control: press the disarm button [6] once
# PIR-detector: press the test button [17].
# door/window contact: trigger by separating magnet from the sensor
The enrollment will be confirmed by the siren with a beep. If the siren
beeps twice, the device has already been enrolled.
20. Delete all components (Reset)
If a remote control is lost, delete all components and then enroll the
remaining components again (see chapter 19), to maintain the security of
the system.
! To delete all remote controls and detectors press and hold the button [2]
on the siren for approx. 6 seconds until the deletion is confirmed by a
beep and flash.
Tip:
Enroll a remote control as the first item, by pressing the disarm button [6]
2 times, then you can cancel an unwanted alarm.

21. Enrolling the wireless indoor siren
3000IS2 to the control panel 3000Z
It is possible to use the siren 3000IS2 from the 3000 Set F2 as a wirless siren
for the 3000Z panel. The wireless range between these components is max
40m (in free space).
! Delete all componenets from the 3000IS (see manual Set F2)
! Press the connection button of the 3000IS, its LED will illuminate
! Press the arm key on the panel keypad. The enrollment will be
confirmed by one beep of the 3000IS.
! Test the function by arming the panel. Both the panel and the siren
should confirm with one beep.
In alarm the 3000IS sounds. Its alarm period is factory set to 3 minutes and
this cannot be changed, irrespective of the alarm period set in the panel.
22. Disposal
Packaging material, used batteries or electrical products must not be
disposed of as household waste. Use your recycling system. Details
are available from your local authority.
