3. Adjust the height you want and fi x it by inserting the locking wheel (18) and tightening it.
4. Finally, tighten the thread of the plastic sleeve (7). If it is fi tted correctly, the handle
is inclined towards the jumping mat.

Use

CAUTION!
Check whether the device has been assembled correctly each time you use it.
Check whether the jumping mat has been attached correctly, all screws have been
tightened and whether the support bar and the handle have been correctly mounted.
Always check the device for wear before each use. Look out in particular for signs
of wear on the jumping mat.
Start the exercises slowly and only increase the intensity gradually. Improper use of
the device and excessive training can be detrimental to your health.
Stop training immediately if you suddenly feel weak or dizzy. If you feel sick, have
pain in your chest or arms, an irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath or other unu-
sual symptoms, seek medical attention immediately.
Make sure you take enough breaks between training sessions.
Wear suitable clothing for exercising (e.g. a tracksuit). It is important that your trai-
ning clothes are comfortable and well ventilated.
Wear suitable shoes to minimise the risks of injury.
Make sure that you keep your feet within the area of the jumping mat. Do not jump
on the jumping mat cover.
Do not train on a full stomach. Do not eat anything for approx. one hour before and
after training.
Danger of injury! Do not train if you are already tired and drained.
Always remember that your body needs fl uid when doing any sporting activity. En-
sure that you take adequate fl uids to maintain hydration.
Always perform warm-up exercises before you begin training in order to minimise
the risk of injury.
After training, you should always perform stretching exercises in order to slowly
restore your circulation to a normal level.

Preparation

1. Assemble the device (see the section "Assembling the Device").

2. Set up the device with suffi cient
clearance all around the device.

clear space of at least 1 m to avoid
any injuries during training.
3. Adjust the handle to a size that is
suitable for you. Lock the handle in
place using the locking screw.
