Keep children and animals away from the device and packaging

material.
Do not leave children unsupervised with the device. Children

must be supervised and instructed on how to use the device cor-
rectly. The training device is in no way suitable for use as a toy.
This device should not be used by people with impaired senso-

ry or mental faculties or who do not have adequate experience
and/or knowledge of such devices, unless they are supervised
by a person responsible for their safety, or have received instruc-
tions from such a person on how to use the device.
Warm up suffi ciently before using the device and stretch your

muscles after training.
Start the exercises slowly and only increase the intensity gradu-
■
ally. Improper use of the device and excessive training can be
detrimental to your health.
The device may only be used by one person at a time.

Please consult your doctor before using the device if you belong
■
to a health risk group, if you have not done any sport for some
time, if you have cardiac or cardiovascular system problems or
orthopaedic problems. If necessary, coordinate your training
programme with him.
Women should not use the device during pregnancy, or only af-
■
ter consultation with a doctor.
Stop training immediately if you suddenly feel weak or dizzy. If
■
you feel sick, have pain in your chest or arms, an irregular heart-
beat, shortness of breath or other unusual symptoms, seek me-
dical attention immediately.
Make sure that the training room is well ventilated while you are
■
doing your exercises.
Do not train immediately after a meal or after consuming alcohol.
■
Wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear for training. Do
■
not climb onto the jumping mat barefoot.
