Proper use
• This device is intended to exercise the muscles of the abdomen, back, shoulders
and arms.
• The maximum permissible body weight of the user amounts to 100 kg.
• The device is only suitable for use in closed indoor areas. Class H (household use)
• People who have concerns about their health and fi tness or belong to a risk group,
have cardiovascular or orthopaedic problems should consult a doctor before using
the device and if necessary coordinate their training programme with them.
• Women should not use the device during pregnancy, or only after consultation with
their doctor.
• The device is not suitable for therapeutic purposes!
• The device should only be used as described in these instructions. Any other use is
deemed to be improper.
• The device is for personal use only and is not intended for commercial applications.
• The following are excluded from the warranty: all defects caused by improper handling,
damage or unauthorised attempts at repair. This also applies to normal wear and tear.
