Possible cause / solution
• Check whether the collecting container (5), fi lter protection 6)
and HEPA fi lter (7) have been inserted correctly and adjust
the fi t if necessary.
• Is the HEPA fi lter (7) worn or damaged? Order a new HEPA
fi lter (7) via www.service-shopping.de and replace it.
• Both ON / OFF switches (11, 17) must be in the OFF position
for the battery to be able to charge.
• Is the device seated correctly in the frame (24)?
• Is the mains adapter (1) plugged correctly into the plug
socket and is the barrel connector plugged correctly into the
charging socket (20)?
• Is the plug socket defective? Try another plug socket.
• Check the fuse of the mains connection.
• A new odour is normal when the device is used for the fi rst
time; it disappears after a while.
