9.3. Replacement / cleaning of welding plate bottom (9) + welding plate (33)

To replace or clean the welding plate bottom (9) or welding plate (33) please proceed as
follows:
Welding plate bottom (9)
Loosen the screw (114) and remove the
cutter cover (113).
Loosen the screw welding plate bottom
(10) and remove the welding plate
bottom (9) by using pointed pliers.
Clean the welding plate bottom (9) by
the use of compressed air.
Check the state of wear of the
teeth from
bottom (9),
welding plate bottom (9) when
necessary against a new one.
Reassemble all in reverse
order.
Welding plate (33)
Loosen the screw (114) and remove the
cutter cover (113).
Loosen the screw welding plate bottom
(10) and remove the welding plate bottom
(9) by using pointed pliers.
Loosen the special screw (34), you can
reach it through the free space in the base
plate (1), and remove the welding plate
(33) by using pointed pliers.
Clean the welding plate (33) by the use of
compressed air.
Check the state of wear of the teeth from
the welding plate (33), and replace the
welding plate (33) when necessary against
a new one.
Reassemble all in reverse order.
