Problem
The recording does
not start.

Possible cause
The mandibular movement sensor
is not properly connected to the
device, or is damaged.
The battery is empty.
The memory is full.
The USB cable is connected to
the device.
The battery has not been
sufficiently charged prior to the
recording.
The battery is so worn out that
even if it is completely recharged
before each recording, it is not
sufficient.
There is no more space in memo-
ry for new data.
Solution
Check that the mandibular
movement sensor is properly
connected to the device. If
damaged, check, if possible,
with another sensor.
Recharge the battery.
Connect the device to the com-
puter and import the data stored
in memory.
Disconnect the USB cable.
Recharge the battery completely
as soon as its level is low.
Battery life depends on usage
and different factors such
as operating, charging, and
storage temperatures. Follow
the instructions in this manual
to optimize the battery life. If the
battery has worn out, contact
Nomics or your local distributor.
It is recommended to import
the recording stored in memory
before starting the next one. This
will empty the memory and free
up space for new data.
