Open HARDWARE FOR STEP 3.

Attach the bottom of the SUPPORT BAR to the
B
BASE FRAME using 2 FLAT WASHERS (H), 2
SPRING WASHERS (J) and 2 BOLTS (L).
NOTE: Do not tighten bolts until step 4 is complete.
Attach the top of the SUPPORT BAR to the
C
HANDLEBAR using 1 ARC WASHER (E), 1
SPRING WASHER (B) and 1 BOLT (A).
Repeat on other side.
