COLOUR
FAULT
(1)
The burner does not start
The disk 2) keeps on rotating
BLUE
The burner starts and then locks
out
YELLOW
After pre-purge and
safety time,
the burner goes tolock-out
and the flame does not appear
YELLOW
The burner goes to lock-out
right after flame appearance
The burner repeats
the starting cycle
without lock out
Ignition with pulsation
RED
During operation, the
GREEN
burner stops in lock out
Lock out when burner stops
(1) The control box 1) is equipped with a disk 2) that rotates during the starting phase and is visible from the lower side of control box.
When the burner does not start, or locks out, because of a fault, the color which appears in correspondance with index 3) signals the kind of inconvenience.

min. gas pressure switch gas is adjusted. The
repeated drop in pressure which follows valve
opening causes temporary opening of the pressure
switch itself, the valve immediately closes and the
burner comes to a halt. Pressure increases again, the
pressure switch closes again and the firing cycle is
repeated. The sequence repeats endlessly.
