Troubleshooting
Should your device stop working properly at any time, exhibit signs of damage or require
a spare part, please contact the customer service department. For your own safety, do
not attempt to carry out repairs yourself. The following table contains tips on how you can
remedy small problems yourself.
Problem
The

generates
suction.
1. To clean the dry cleaning brush, release the locking catch
next to the brush (see arrow).
2. Remove the catch and pull out the dry cleaning brush.
3. Remove hair, dust etc. If necessary, you can wash the
brush under running water.
4. Let the brush dry completely in the air before you reinsert
it. CAUTION: Do not insert the dry cleaning brush un-
der any circumstances if it is still damp.

3. Remove hair, dust etc. You can wash the microfi bre roller
with warm water and mild cleaning agent.
4. Let the microfi bre roller dry completely in the air before you
reinsert it. CAUTION: Do not insert the microfi bre roller
under any circumstances if it is still damp.
