Cleaning and Storage
CAUTION!
•
Empty the dust container when the MAX mark has been reached and clean the fi lter
regularly to prevent overheating of the motor.
•
Keep the motor unit, the charger cable and the charger away from water or other liq-
uids to avoid electric shocks. Make sure that no water gets into the motor unit during
cleaning. Only the fi lter and the dust container may be cleaned with water. However,
they must be completely dry before they are put back into the device.
•
The fi lter, the dry cleaning brush and the microfi bre roller are not machine-washable,
dishwasher-safe or suitable for tumble drying! Only ever dry the fi lter, the dry cleaning
brush and the microfi bre roller in the air, and never use a hair dryer to do so.
•
Do not use any sharp or abrasive cleaning agents or cleaning pads to clean the de-
vice. These could damage the surfaces.
•
Clean the housing if necessary using a damp, soft cloth. Dry it with a soft cloth.
•
Remove hair and fl uff from the nozzles at regular intervals.
•
Store the vacuum cleaner and all accessories in a cool, dry indoor room out of the
reach of children and animals.
The fi lter may lose some of its colour over time. This is normal and
does not have any adverse effect on function. However, if it is damaged
or worn, it must be replaced. You can order another new fi lter at
www.service-shopping.de.
Emptying the Collecting Container and Cleaning the Filter
1. Switch off the device.
4. If you have sucked up dry dirt, empty the dust container into a rubbish bin. Tap the
fi lter insert and fi lter out over the rubbish bin. If there is wet dirt in the collecting con-
tainer, rinse the dust container, the fi lter insert and the fi lter under running water.
5. Let all parts dry completely in the air before you put them back together. CAUTION:
Never re-insert the fi lter and insert if they are still damp. The device is assembled
in the reverse order.

2. Press the release button to remove the dust container and
pull the dust container away from the motor unit.
3. Take the fi lter (1) and the fi lter insert (2) out of the dust
container (3).
