• The dust container and the dust fi lter must be completely dry
before you put them back inside the device.
• Use only original manufacturer's accessories.
• Do not try to lubricate the rollers of the cleaning foot with lubri-
cant or oil. This would cause dust and dirt to increasingly adhere
to the rollers.
• Store the device in a cool, dry place that is not accessible to
children and animals when it is not being used.
Handling the Charger
• Do not try to use the charger with another device or charge up
the device using another charger. Only ever use the charger
which is supplied with this device.
• Only ever connect the charger to a properly installed plug sock-
et. The plug socket must also be readily accessible after con-
nection. The mains voltage must match the technical data for
the charger (see the "Technical Data" chapter). Only use suita-
ble extension cables whose technical data is the same as that
of the charger.
• Make sure that the connected cable does not present a trip haz-
ard, does not become squashed or bent and does not come into
contact with hot surfaces.
• Remove the charger from the plug socket in the event of a thun-
derstorm.
• Always pull the charger and never the cable!
• The motor unit must be switched off when you connect or re-
move the charger.
• The device may only be connected to the charger if the collect-
ing container has been fully emptied.
