device is assembled in the reverse order.
Cleaning the Turbo Nozzle
If hair and dirt gets caught in the brush of the turbo nozzle, you can remove the brush
insert to make it easier to clean:

3. Remove the fi lter and the fi lter compartment from the collect-
ing container.
4. If you have sucked up dry dirt, empty the collecting container
into a rubbish bin. Tap the fi lter compartment and fi lter out
over the rubbish bin. If there is wet dirt in the collecting con-
tainer, rinse the collecting container, the fi lter and the fi lter
compartment with clear water.
1. Insert a coin or something similar into the slot on the side of
the turbo nozzle and turn it a little anticlockwise. This causes
the brush insert to be released.
2. Pull out the brush insert and remove the contamination.
3. Insert the brush insert back into the turbo nozzle and turn the
catch clockwise to secure it.
Possible cause/solution

Is the battery fl at? Recharge it.
•
Is the collecting container full? Empty it.
•
Is the fi lter heavily clogged up? Clean it.
•
Is the suction opening/nozzle blocked? Switch off the
device and remove the blockage.
•
It is also possible that some items will be too big /
heavy to be picked up by the device.
•
Check whether the collecting container and fi lter are
inserted correctly and adjust the fi tting if necessary.
•
Is the mains adapter inserted in the plug socket cor-
rectly?
•
Is the plug socket defective? Try another plug socket.
•
Check the fuse of your mains connection.
A new odour is normal when the device is used for the
fi rst time; it disappears after a while.
