No output current
After the machine is switched on, all the indicators are lit up contantly (for longer than 2
seconds)

Warning! An electric shock can be fatal. Before opening up the power source,
switch it off, unplug it from the mains and put up a clearly legible and easy-to-
understand warning sign to stop anybody inadvertently switching the machine
back on again. If necessary, discharge the electrolytic capacitors.
There is a break in the mains lead
Check the mains supply lead and the mains voltage
There is a break in the cable connections for the welding-wire heating unit
Check the plug-in connections
The analogue signal at the connection socket is less than 0.5 V (in cases
where a plug for stipulating command values externally has been plugged
into the connection socket)
Increase the analogue input signal to over 0.5 V
The duty cycle has been exceeded - the machine is overloaded - the fan is
running
Do not exceed the duty cycle
The automatic thermostatic cut-out has been tripped - the fan is running;
the temperature sensor is defective
Wait until the end of the cooling phase; after a short time, the machine
should switch itself back on. If it does not, send it in for servicing.
Insufficient cooling air is reaching the machine
Ensure that there is an adequate supply of cooling air
The dust filter is clogged
Clean the dust filter
The power module is very dirty
Open up the machine and blow it clean with dry compressed air (see
"Care and maintenance")
There is a fault in the power module
Switch the machine off and back on again; if the error keeps on occurring
- send the machine in for servicing
Short circuit (secondary side)
Stop the short circuit (check the cable connections for the welding-wire
heating unit, and the wire heating unit itself)
