Possible cause
The parts are not sufficiently
lubricated.
The gears and bearings are worn
out.
The hoist was not installed
correctly, or the parts are dented.
The earth is faulty or not grounded.
Internal wires are touching metal
parts of the housing.
One of the switches (13/14) is
defective.
The stop/limit switch (13/14) is
obstructed.
Solution
Oil the product according to the
maintenance instructions. Replace
the gears and bearings. Check that
the hoist was installed correctly.
Check the ground wires and ensure
that they are connected properly.
Check all internal wire connections
and ensure that they are connected
properly.
Turn off the hoist.
Check the stop/limit switch and
repair/change it if necessary.
