The battery life of the electric bike depends on numerous factors:
• The weight on the bike: Overloading the bicycle will reduce the battery life (panniers, baby carrier etc.)
• Use: Based on the human effort put in when pedalling, the battery life will be shorter or longer.
• The type of route ridden: Battery life will drop when cycling uphill.
• Tyre pressure: Battery life will be better with tyres inflated between 3 and 5,5 bar.
• Outside temperature: Cold weather reduces battery life.
• The assistance mode used: It is advisable to switch to a lower assistance mode when the battery charge is low.
• The selected transmission ratio: You need to be in the right gear on steep slopes to minimise the physical effort you have to make as well as reduce the load on
the motor.

1. Open the battery lock.
2. Remove the battery.
3. Plug the charger into a power outlet, then into
the battery. Charge time: 4H30. The LED ap-
pears red at the start of charging.
4. The LED appears green at the end of char-
ging. You can unplug the charger from the
bike and the power outlet.
5. Before inserting your battery into its housing,
check there are no foreign bodies or objects
on the connectors. Insert the battery until it
clicks.
6. Remove the key from the lock.
Never leave the charger plugged into a power
outlet alone.
Recharge your battery as soon as possible
Do not put your battery back into the bike.
Return your battery to the After-Sales Department.
