8.2.1
Taking out of service after expiry of
the ADR approval
After expiry of the ADR approval of 5 years after
the date of manufacture. Thereafter, filling stations
may be used again in accordance with regulation
ADR 1.1.3.1 c) (see point 1.2.2 of these operating
instructions).

Important!
As the approval number is no longer
valid, it must be made unrecognisable on
the type plate of the tank.
To this end, you can use the text adhesive label A
enclosed with the tank documentation on the DT-
Mobil Easy. Cut out a text block in the language of
your choice (German/English/French) and stick it
over the approval number on the type plate B.

8.2.2
Decommissioning
1. First, drain the tank completely (by means of
the pump via the delivery hose and delivery
nozzle).
2. Disassemble the DT-Mobile into its constituent
parts.
3. Sort accordingly by material.
4. Dispose of in compliance with local regulations.
Danger
of environmental contamination through
residues in the tank.
Collect these residues separately and
dispose of them in compliance with local
environmental regulations.
9. Warranty
Under our general terms and conditions of trade
we warrant that the equipment will be produced
free from defects in materials, functionality or
workmanship.
These can be inspected at
http://www.cemo.de/agb.html
The warranty applies only under the condition that
the above operating and maintenance instructions
and all applicable regulations are closely followed.
Modification of the filling station by the customer
without consultation with the manufacturer CEMO
GmbH invalidates any claims under the statutory
warranty.
CEMO GmbH also accepts no responsibility for
damage caused by inappropriate use.
