5.1.3
Transporting
During transport, observe the pertinent regulations
for transport and securing loads, in particular:
Road traffic (licensing) act of the country in

question,
•
CEN 12195 Parts 1 to 4 for calculation and
lashing.
Use the crane lugs for placing of the tension belts
when fastening to the transport vehicle.

Important!
Form before force!
First, try to positively load the equipment
(e.g. through striking the sides).
Recommendation:
Use a non-slip mat.
5.1.4
Filling the tank
Ensure that the tank is horizontally aligned and
adequately secured!
Fire, naked flames and smoking

1. Open the lid of the DT-Mobil PRO.
2. Unscrew cap from filling connection b.
3. The container is filled with an automatically
closing delivery nozzle. Optionally, in the case
of the DT-Mobil PRO ST, the container can also
be filled using a fixed filling connection and
limiting value transmitter. In this case, the limi-
ting value transmitter must be connected. The
aeration and ventilation device (orange cap)
e must be unscrewed when filling with a fixed
filling connection and limiting value transmitter.
4. Check the level inside the tank using the fill-
level indicator d.
5. Screw the cap of the filling opening back on
tightly.
6. Screw on the aeration and ventilation connec-
tion.
7. Contamination caused by the filling process
must be removed immediately with a dry cloth.
8. Close the lid of the DT-Mobil PRO.

5.1.5
Filling
Before using for the first time:
•
Mount the supplied coupling plug with hose
sleeve DN 25 and hose clamp to the suction
hose of the vehicle pump.
1. Unlock and open the lid
2. Remove the protective cap (red) from the
coupling plug of the suction hose of the vehicle
pump.
3. Remove the protective cap (red) from the cou-
pling sleeve of the suction hose of the DT-Mobil.
4. oin the coupling plug and coupling sleeve and
fix with sliding sleeve.
5. Open delivery line ball valve c.
6. Switch on the vehicle pump and begin the filling
procedure.
Note:
Tank ventilation and pressure relief are performed
automatically by the integrated valve.
