5.2.3
Transporting
During transport, observe the pertinent regulations
for transport and securing loads, in particular:
•

Use the four crane lugs i to fasten it to the trans-
port vehicle with suitable tension belts.

Important!
Form before force!
First, try to positively load the equipment
(e.g. through striking the sides).
Excessive lashing forces can deform the
tank and damage it.
Recommendation:
Use a non-slip mat.
5.2.4
Filling the tank
Ensure that the tank is horizontally aligned and
adequately secured!
Fire, naked flames and smoking
prohibited
1. Open the lid of the DT-Mobil Easy.
2. Unscrew cap from filling connection b.
3. The container is filled using a delivery nozzle
with an automatic shut-off.
4. Check the level inside the tank using the fill-
level indicator d (option).
5. Screw the cap of the filling opening back on
tightly.
6. Contamination caused by the filling process
must be removed immediately with a dry cloth.
7. Close the lid of the DT-Mobil Easy.

Filling
Before using for the first time:
•
Mount the supplied coupling plug with hose
sleeve DN 25 and hose clamp to the suction
hose of the vehicle pump.
1. If a lid is present, unlock both locks and open
the lid.
2. Remove the protective cap (red) from the
coupling plug of the suction hose of the vehicle
pump.
3. Remove the protective cap (red) from the cou-
pling sleeve of the suction hose of the DT-Mobil.
4. Join the coupling plug and coupling sleeve and
fix with sliding sleeve.
5. Open delivery line ball valve c.
6. Switch on the vehicle pump and begin the filling
procedure.
Note:
Tank ventilation and pressure relief are performed
automatically by the integrated valve.
