6.8 - Remote control management
To learn a transmitter, use the RADIO menu or, in the case of a pre-
viously memorised transmitter,
6.8.1 - Memorising the buttons of a remote control

NOTE: to facilitate memorisation operations minimising possible interference, it is advisable to disconnect the
receiver's antenna cable from the control unit; therefore, the procedure only works in the vicinity of the control
unit.

1. Press and release the

LEARN OPENb (opens the bistable)
NOTE: an OPEN BISTABLE command executed when the rod is in the closed position, activates the opening
manoeuvre. The rod will remain in the open position until the next OPEN BISTABLE command.
any automatic re-closure function from the timer or PH1 will be ignored.
ATTENTION !
2. The KEY LED will emit a series of short flashes corresponding to the selected function, separated by a pause
of approximately one second.
3. Within seven seconds, press the button on the remote control to which you want to assign the selected function;
press and hold the radio control button for a few seconds
4. A long flashing (approx. three seconds) of the KEY LED confirms correct memorisation.
ATTENTION !
If the KEY LED emits a series of short flashes, the button of the radio control you are trying
to memorise is already present in the memory.
NOTE: once the remote control button has been memorised, it is possible, within seven seconds, to assign the
same function to another button on the same remote control or to any button on another remote control by repeat-
ing the operations from point 3.
5. The control unit exits the RADIO MENU menu after seven seconds of inactivity or by briefly pressing
6.8.2 - Memorising a new remote control button using a remote control already in memory
It is possible to add the button of a new remote control to a control unit in which at least one radio control has
already been memorised
1. Near the control unit, press and hold for at least five seconds the new remote control that you want to add to the
control unit
2. Near the control unit, press and hold for at least three seconds the remote control already memorised to which
the function to be duplicated on the new remote control is assigned.
NOTE: if step 1. has been correctly executed, the automation does not perform any manoeuvre and you can
proceed with memorisation.
3. Near the control unit, press and hold for at least three seconds the same button as the new remote control used
in step 1.
4. Near the control unit, press and hold for at least three seconds the same button as the old remote control used
in step 2.
NOTE: the procedure has been carried out correctly if the automation executes the command just memorised.
If the procedure is not completed, the control unit's receiver returns to normal operation after a few seconds.
6.8.3 - Deleting a memorised remote control key
