General product maintenance
Do a check of the Residu-
al Current operated Device
(RCD).
Examine the motors for dirt and
damage.
Make sure that the dust collec-
tor hose is not damaged and
that there is no blockage.
Do a check of the control cage
and blast wheel blades for
To remove the
wear. Refer to
impeller on page 20 .
Clean the product.
Do a check of all safety devi-
ces.
Do a check of the brush list
seals and the front rubber seals
for wear.
Make sure that the nuts and
screws are tight.
Do a check of the V-belt ten-
sion.
Do a complete servicing and
cleaning of the product.
To clean the product
•
Always clean all the equipment after use. Use a
vacuum cleaner.
•
Do not use a high-pressure washer to clean the
product.
•
Keep the air openings clean and clear to make
sure that the product always has sufficiently cool
temperature.
To remove abrasive material from the
hopper
1. Start the product. Refer to
page 16 .
2. Push the ON button of the blast motor.
3. Push the OFF button of the blast motor when the
blast motor is at 75 % of maximum speed. At the
same time, open the valve for the abrasive material.
To operate the valve for the abrasive

4. After 3 seconds, close the valve for the abrasive
material.
5. Operate the product 50 cm rearward.

6. Open the separator door and look if there is
remaining abrasive material. If there is remaining
abrasive material in the hopper, do the procedure
again until the hopper is empty.
To remove the impeller
1. Open the separator door and look if there is abrasive
material in the hopper. If there is abrasive material
in the hopper, empty it. Refer to
material from the hopper on page 20 .
2. Disconnect the power plug.
