Abrasive material seal
The abrasive material seal is a seal system with 2 side
seals (A), 1 front seal (B) and 1 rear brush (C). The
abrasive material seal makes sure that the abrasive
material stays in the product during operation. Refer

the front rubber seals on page 25 for more information
about the front seal.

To set the correct height of the brush list seals
The brush list seals wear when you operate the product.
It is necessary adjust the height of the brush list seals at
regular intervals.
1. Loosen the 4 screws.

2. Adjust the height until the brush list seals are 1 mm/
0.04 in above the surface.
To replace
3. Tighten the 4 screws.
To install the side seals
A
The side seal system consists of 2 metal side seals, 2
rubber side seals and 2 side brushes. The metal side
seals fall out from the side seal system when you lift the
product from the surface. Install the side seals before
you operate the product.

1. Put a ramp behind 1 of the rear wheels. Operate the
product rearward up the ramp.
2. Stop the product when the distance (A) is 75 mm.
3. Put the side seal (B) in the side seal box on 1 side of
the product. Make sure that the rounded part of the
side seal points to the front of the product.
