Log
The system records log files that collect useful diagnostic information.
Under [Diagnosis] in the [Logs] tab, set the log level, destination and type.
Go to [Download] for the files needed by technical support to trace the origin of any system issues.
CDR (Call Detail Record) log files can also be obtained. These are detailed reports of the calls on a given day or in a given period in .csv format.
Set the maximum number of CDR log entries to be retrieved.
Once you have finished, press [Save].
Set the day or a specific time interval.
CDR logs can be obtained via [Download log CDR].
