With correct programming, calls can be forwarded to recipients other than the internal receiver called (generally to a porter), or diverted to other recipients if the
intended recipient is absent or unable to answer; these call flows can be further customised to follow different patterns at set times or on set days of the week.
Non-standard programming is also possible for special days of the year.

Under [Forwards and diversions] in the [Forwards] tab, change the route of a call so that it is forwarded to a different receiver (usually the Porter or group of Porters) than the
one programmed.
Press [Add forward] to create a new route for specific calls.
