Problem
The dishwasher leaks
There are black or
gray marks on the
dishes
The interior of the tub
is stained
Noises
The dishwasher won't
fill
Refer to "Before first use", "Using your
dishwasher", or "Hints and tips" for other
possible causes.
Error codes
When some faults occur, the appliance will display error codes to warn you:
Code
If the flow meter doesn't detect water after
4 minutes during the water intake stage, the
dishwasher will warn for E1.
E1
This code will show after 4 minutes of buzzing,
and if there is an alarm but no error code is
displayed, check if the faucet has been turned
on.
The temperature is detected to be greater
than 90 ℃ and lasts for 10 seconds during the
E3
washing process. The dishwasher warns for
E3.
If water leaks into the bottom and causes the
E4
detective switch to move, the dishwasher will
warn for E4.
Possible cause
Excessive suds caused by
using improper detergent.
The dishwasher is not level.
Aluminum utensils have
rubbed against the dishes.
Coffee or tea stains.
Reddish stain.
Detergent cup opening/
drain pump sound.
A hard object has entered
the washing module. When
the object is crushed, the
noise will stop.
The water valve is turned
off.
The door may not be closed
completely.
Meaning
Possible solution
Make sure to use only automatic dishwasher
detergent.
Level the dishwasher (refer to the separate Installation
Manual).
Use a mild, non-abrasive cleaner to remove those
stains.
Use an approved spot cleaner to remove the stains.
Some tomato products may cause this. Using the rinse
only cycle right after loading will help.
This is normal.
If the noise persists after the cycle is complete, call for
service.
Turn on the water valve.
Make sure that the door is closed and latched.
