Anti-Tipping Bracket—All Cast Fronts
Anti-Tipping Bracket
The cast fronts are heavier than the appliance. To
prevent the appliance from tipping forward, anti-tipping
support brackets provided with this kit must be
installed on the appliance and on the cavity fl oor.

Anti-tipping bracket installation
1. Measure the cavity to establish its lateral center.
2. Install the fl oor part of the bracket at the back of the
cavity, securing it with two screws suited to the fl oor
material (not supplied). See illustration below.
NOTE: Each cast front puts the appliance at a
diff erent depth so, ensure to use the dimensions
shown corresponding to the cast front to install.
Subtract 1/2" (13 mm) if using a closure plate.

3. At the rear left of the PE2 fi replace, back
off two screws without removing them,
as illustrated.
4. Insert the hook part of the bracket
under the screw heads, ensuring the
bottom of the hook is equal to the
bottom of the appliance or cavity fl oor if
using leveling bolts, tighten the screws.
5. Install the cast front chosen by the
