13.2.5 Check / changing carbon brushes
Check the carbon brushes after the first 50 hours of operation with a new machine or when new
brushes are fitted. After carrying out the first check, repeat the check every 10 hours of operation.
If the carbon is worn down to a length of 6 mm, or if the spring or contact wire is burnt or
damaged, it is necessary to replace both brushes. If it turns out that the brushes can be used after
removal, it is possible to remount them.
13.3 Storage

When not in use, store the machine in a dry, frost-proof and lockable place to prevent the
formation of rust on the one hand and to ensure that unauthorised persons and in particular

14 TROUBLESHOOTING

 Place the machine on a side
 Open the two locks (1) on the back and front side counterclockwise

 Replace the carbon brushes in reverse order
