Repair
This machine does not contain any parts that can be repaired by the consumer. Contact an authorised
service centre or a similarly qualified person to have it checked and repaired.
Storage
•
Ensure that the machine is switched off using the main power switch key (6) before storage.
•
Remove the main power switch key (6) and keep it in a safe place before extended period of storage.
•
Charge the battery before storing the machine for a prolonged period.
•
Clean the machine as described above.
•
Store the machine in a dry, frost-free, well-ventilated place.
•
Always store the machine in a place that is inaccessible to children. The ideal storage temperature is
between 10 °C and 30 °C.
•
Cover the machine with a suitable cover or enclosure to protect it against dust.
NOTE: After storage, clean the charging contacts using fine abrasion paper or
a brass brush helps remove any corrosion or debris that may have accumulated
during storage.
Transportation
•
Ensure that the machine is switched off using the main power switch key (6) before lifting or carrying the
machine.
•
When carrying the machine, always use the carrying handle (7) and ensure that its underside faces
away from your body (Fig. 30).
•
Protect the machine from any heavy impact or strong vibrations which may occur during transportation
in vehicles.
•
Secure the machine against slipping using bungee cords or other similar means when transporting the
machine in a vehicle.
