• Use hot:
Back pain. Contractures/muscle and articular stiffness. Cramps. Torticollis
(stiff neck). Abdominal pain.
Contraindications:
Do not apply the product in direct contact with broken skin. Do not use in
the event of known allergy to any of the components. In case of diabetes
or vascular and circulatory problems, consult a doctor before using this
product. Do not use the cold mode in case of hypersensitivity to cold. Do
not use with analgesic and/or anesthetic products (such as creams, balms,
lotions, liniments...).
Precautions:
In the event of discomfort, significant hindrance, pain, abnormal sensations,
remove the device and consult a healthcare professional. Monitor the use
of the product in children or in people with cognitive disabilities. Verify the
product's integrity before every use. Do not use the device if it is damaged.
Do not apply directly to the skin, use the provided sleeve. External use only,
do not ingest contents. In case of accidental contact, rinse thoroughly, drink
water if swallowed. Do not heat up the clay pack using a microwave or a
bain-marie if it is not already at room temperature. Do not heat the clay
packs beyond the duration and associated power indicated in the present
instructions for use, the clay pack could be damaged or even destroyed. If
the power of the microwave is unknown, use the lowest power. Be careful
not to burn yourself when handling the clay pack with bare hands in case of
hot water or microwave use. If the clay pack is too hot, wait until it cools down
before using it in its sleeve. Always check clay pack temperature before
application, prolonged application beyond provided indications may cause
injuries including burns. Do not place excessive weight, sit, or lie down on
on the clay pack. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the clay pack.
Undesirable side-effects:
This device can cause skin reactions (redness, itching, burns, blisters,etc.)
or wounds of various degrees of severity. Any serious incidents occurring
related to the device should be reported to the manufacturer and to the
competent authority of the Member State in which the user and/or patient
is reident.
Instructions for use/Application:
• Use cold:

Instructions :
Remove the clay pack from its transparent plastic bag.
Place it flat in a freezer compartment (-20°C) for at least 2 hours before use.
For more comfort, massage/knead the clay pack to make it more flexible
before inserting it in its sleeve.
If the clay pack is too cold or too solid, leave it for a few minutes at room
temperature before using it.
To avoid the risk of cold injuries, do not apply on body for more than 20 min
and wait at least 20 min before applying again.
• Use hot:
Instructions for use in the microwave
Remove the clay pack from its transparent plastic bag.
Place it flat at room temperature in the microwave and follow the heating
protocol.
Massage the clay pack to spread warmth evenly before inserting it in its sleeve.
Instructions for use in a bain-marie
Heat water to boiling point.
Make sure the volume is sufficient to fully immerse the clay pack.
Turn off the heat source.
Remove the clay pack from its transparent plastic bag.
Insert the clay pack at room temperature into the hot water from 5 to a
maximum of 20 minutes (depend the clay pack weight) until it reaches the
desired temperature.
Care:
Hand washable with soft detergent. Do not dry clean. Do not apply solvent or
alcohol to the pack. Dry away from any direct heat source (radiator, sun, etc.).
Storage:
Store at room temperature, preferably in the original packaging. Due to
the natural origin of the clay contained in clay pack, the aspect of the clay
pack may evolve during the life of the product (coloured dots or marble-like
areas). This change in colour has no impact on the function or performance
of the clay packs.
Disposal:
Dispose of in accordance with local regulations.
