tion correctly, you must not use

Checking the oil automatic
system
Check the oil level and the automatic oil
system before commencement of work.

must not touch the ground.
Ifanoiltracecanbeseen,thechain-
saw is working trouble-free.
Ifnooiltracecanbeseencleanthe
oil passages or turn the chainsaw
to our Service-Center for repair.
Clean the oil passages of the chain

trouble-free,automaticoilingofthe
saw chain during operation. Use
a brush or a cloth to help remove
residues from the oil outlet duct.

This will make it easier to take the saw
chain(6)offthesprocket (20).
5. Replace the blade and install the blade
andchainasdescribedunder"Install-
ing the sawing chain and blade".

General
Observe the noise protection and
local regulations when cutting
wood. Local requirements may
require a suitability test. Ask the
forestry commission.
• Dirt,stones,loosebark,nails,staples
and wire must be removed from the tree.
• Forsawingworkonaslope,always
stand above the tree trunk.
• Tokeepcontrolatthemomentof
"sawingthrough",reducethecontact
pressure at the end of the cut without
looseningthefirmgriponthechainsaw
handles.Ensurethatthesawchaindoes
not come into contact with the ground.
• Aftercompletingthecut,waitforthe
chainsaw to come to a standstill before
removing the chainsaw.
