- A cell voltage is below 2.6V: (display: brief lighting up of the status display after pressing „POWER
ON / MODE" key) The balancer cannot be activated and immediately switches to standby mode in
order to damage to the battery through deep discharge.
In this case, it is recommended to disconnect the battery pack from the balancer as soon as possible
and to regenerate the affected battery through targeted care measures.
If a cell voltage drops below 2.6V during the „connected mode" (for instance due to a too low dis-
charge voltage or defect on the cell), the standby mode is also immediately switched to.

The following lights displays must be observed:

Arrangement of the displays on the balancer

Status indicator (yellow light-emitting diode)

Via the status display both the current operating mode and various error statuses are displayed.
Display of operating modes:
Status display off:
Standby mode, if battery pack connected
Regular short flashing of the status display at approx. 1-second intervals:
Balancing in single mode, i.e. not connected to a charger.
Permanent lighting up of the status display:
The connected mode is active, i.e. the connection to the charger is released.
Status display flashes three times (at one-second interval), it then goes out.
Balances in single mode ended.
Display of faults:
- Double flashing of the status display, subsequently one-second pause, etc.:
Meaning: Fault at the sense input.
Possible causes:
- Sense plug polarised. (e.g. due to faulty sense line adapter)
- Sense lines on plug/battery pack not connected correctly. (e.g. lines mixed up)
- One cell is faulty or its voltage has dropped to below 1V.
