Maintenance
WARNING: Always disconnect from the air supply and depressurise before cleaning or carrying
out any maintenance.
Note: There is very little that can go wrong with your air tool and it should be noted that when an air
tool fails to work it is generally because the internal workings have corroded due to dirty, wet air and
failure to follow the operating instructions.
Cleaning
• Keep your tool clean at all times. Dirt and dust will cause internal parts to wear quickly, and
shorten the tool's service life. Clean the body of your tool with a soft brush, or dry cloth.
Lubrication
• Even though the air passages of the air tool must remain free of oil and other contaminants,
some components require frequent lubrication
• Slightly lubricate all sealing surfaces, packings, bearings and dynamic O-rings with a specialised
air tool lube, and apply a small amount of petroleum jelly to springs and pins, such as the
Air Trigger (5)
Storage
• Store this tool carefully in a secure, dry place out of the reach of children
• Always disconnect tool and shut of air supply before storage
